Pride of Bristol.
A Bristol based charity called the Pride of Bristol try to do something similar with an ex-navel training ship. So that would be a good starting point.
the Portishead sailing club may also lend a hand with the organisation.
Like all these types of events it takes someone to get involved. If you would like to start something similar and need a hand please pm me.
