Some years ago, early 90s I think, I read a review of a one-off power boat that was built for Ivor Tiefenbrun of Linn Elecronics, makers of fancy gramophones. The review was, I think, in Car magazine, written by, perhaps, LJK Setright or similar. I saw the boat in Tobermory that same year, it was very striking.
Does anyone know what I'm talking about, or even better, have photos? If my memory of the detail is wrong, sorry, but the boat did exist.

Don't remember a 'flash' boat but sure Mr T had a very nice converted 60+ft wooden fishing boat with a large deckhouse/wheelhouse. Used to be seen all over the Clyde and West Coast although I guess the last time I saw it was 10 -15 years ago.

You could contact this guy, he was involved in the build

"In 1992, commenced building a very fast jet powered boat for Ivor Tiefenbrun. This boat when launched exceeded our expectations; it proved to be very fast and incredibly manoeuvrable. Plans were made to put the boat into production were shelved when the early 1990 recession commenced"
