This might be of use to someone not as familiar with the subject as yourself:

Has good line drawings and info' about 'The Vertues', just as it has about all of Laurent Giles work.

I cannot help with a building specification, although you should be able to compile a reasonable specification using Skenes Elements of Yacht Design for reference - there is an excellent section on wooden boat scantlings.
