The 'Venture Cup' may be down, but 'Venture 2014' will see four crews leave London this Saturday morning from St Katharine Docks to undertake the adventure of a lifetime as they aim to conquer over 2,500 miles of tough seas, with the ultimate goal being an arrival into Monaco on Sunday 22nd June.

The teams are currently assembling at St Katharine Docks in the heart of London, and will be on display to the public over the coming days. They are:
1. Cube52 (formerly 'Boss One'
2. Tally-Ho
3. Grey Ghost
4. Hot Lemon

The teams themselves will be on site with the boats, so if you're around London please drop down and say hello.

The fleet can be tracked live right across the two weeks at the following address:

The latest news from the teams during the race will be placed here:

Thanks for that update and well done organising this given recent events. Huge repsect to the teams and best wishes to them

As regards the very last leg St Trop to MC, please can you tell me EXACTLY how far south of the Cap D'Antibes and Cap Ferrat the boats will pass? Is there some rule/policy that forces them to be 2 miles offshore or something? And also, will there be a sort of exclusion zone rule that places spectator boats a certain distance from the Venture 14 fleet? I'll be there and would like to see the V14 fleet go by, and grab some photos, but to spectate from a boat it would be great to have PRECISE information about what navigation rules the V14 fleet will follow, if possible. Many thanks

Any info on what time they are departing St Kats. or ETA at Sheerness ?
Presume they will be sticking to the speed limit :)

Me too .
Exact route and estimated start time on this last leg ( 22nd) -as above would be grate to " max out " spectating the event

Way back in 92 I took part in a jet ski race -Marseille to St Trop approx 180 entrants inc works teams -was filmed -helicopters -eneded up on Eurosport .
Good luck to all and fingers X ed they all finish -attrition is quite high -both man and /or machine
