Hello,

We have two leaking air vents - images attached. The water isn’t coming down the pipe itself but around the outside of the pipe. Please let me know if anyone has any suggestions! It all looks well sealed when the cover is taken off.

Thank you! LaurenFEAC1B7E-5FD2-4A7F-B243-1CC127DA2F18.jpeg8A1F8A30-CDFF-4425-B76E-D6B5A5F18601.jpegF80D0C31-1B06-4B68-B4C3-FBBE0C9DEC5D.jpeg

The first step would be to remove all the old sealant, clean everything thoroughly, then re-seal. If that doesn't stop the leak, there's a possibility that water is travelling under the teak deck and then coming down the outside of the pipe.

Incidentally, on my old HR352, I glued pieces of plastic flyscreen on to the circular plywood vent trims to stop bugs coming in.
