So if its the standard rate for Spain, does that mean the boat is worth about 20 million? Somehow i won't be losing any sleep worrying that the poor owner(s) cannot afford it! LOL

The article says "big fine". But it seems that 4 million is just the VAT which is due.

Should have sailed it into Malta instead. It's a bit cheaper there I believe.

Unlikely........... more likely promotion if a similar ethos to that which guides our lords and masters , both in finance and governance . ?
