Van de Stadt Pandora Mk1

A friend of mine has brought one of these in poor condition without a mast and most of its rigging missing. Does anyone know where he can get copies of the original plans and especially details of the rigging?

Maybe worth an email to SCYC ( www.scyc.co.uk ) they have a big fleet of Pandora's and would either have info or would be able to pass you onto an owner who could help.

SCYC is also where the Pandora's owners club was founded - but this is now a national operation as I understand so you could try them - www.pandora.org.uk

They were made by Ridgeway marine, the same makers of the Pegasus. My old Pandora had proctor spars.

The Trotter was also made in Grimsby by a firm called Marine Plastics.

I have a Pandora International if thats any help, I don't think the sail plan changed that much between models. I can email you photo's of the rigging and sizes although the mast is down at present as the boat is on its trailer.

i have a pandora mk1 you are welcome to come and measure but mast is currently stepped and afloat on windwrmere
