Value of sail training and just sailing

Sail training? The ones I see about the place are always under engine. I asked a skipper once - we were waiting for the bus at Newquay airport - why and he said, time restraints.

As someone who is involved in sail training, “we” sail as much as we can.

We move faster under sail anyway!
