Valentia (Med) to Solent, possibly via Azores

Hi All,

I am organising a voyage from Med to the Solent, starting about 12th September.

Route is Valentia, Faro, then either Azores or West coast of Portugal, Channel Islands, Solent.

The route depends on the wind. If the Portuguese Trades are stroong, we wiill sail as far west as necessary, possibly to the Azores.

Boat is a Heavy Displacement Moody 41 which has been refitted recently.

I need a crew member who has some knowledge and experience of sailing, is willing to stand a watch, take turns at cooking and boat maintenance and generally fiit in with others.

Male 47, own yacht for last 7 years. Yachtmaster shore (trying to scrape together the pennies to do practical). averaging 1,750miles a year single handing, around a 5-day a week job. Looking to do a longer passages.

What's ethical about being paid twice, once for the delivery and again by the crew? Sounds about as 'ethical' as Del Boy.
