Well, I might as well go the whole hog and it will be interesting to monitor the filter in my new polishing system, and then I may consider putting one in my main fuel system.

I guess that the gauge can be fitted on a TEE after the filter and before the pump?

What sort of pressure range should I be looking for and can anyone ID a good supplier please? ( looked at ASAP etc) there seem to be lots of 'testers' for sale but not found one for permanent installation.
Many thanks

Yes, after the filter, then it shows how much suction the pump is having to provide to suck fuel through the filter.

Racor make a nice one, and ASAP have it in their list here. It's a neat 2" gauge. I have one of these fitted to my fuel system, so it indicates when the primary filter needs changing.
