It's the low headroom which was the main problem. All my mistresses are too tall.

Surely the only time a mistress would be standing up in bed would be if holding a whip & wearing riding boots. I would suggest ( from what I have been told, I hasten to add ) that is probably NOT the sort of mistress the average yachtie in a small boat could normally afford

If you say so...(highly suspect ?)...they never crossed my mind, let alone my coamings.

The Achilles is a fairly pure design, so minimal beam and cabin space. Owners claim 4ft 6" headroom, but it's barely over 4ft.
