Those are just a few brand names/products. Generic ones are available. As always, more important is what it is made of: Your choices are solution-dyed polyester or acrylic weave with a plethora of different coatings. Some available here: https://www.profabrics.co.uk/collections/canvas-marine

Strength and UV resistance of the thread is also very important.

For a sail UV strip, you want a breathable, lightweight but abrasion resistant fabric sown with quality thread. Most fall off long before the fabric shows signs of decay.
