The Trojan T105 is certainly a well regarded battery, but (check the battery size against your box size) consider the T145+. We are on our second pair of these for our house bank; and the first pair lasted 9 years.
As flooded batteries go, they are a top notch product.
(IMHO, and... YMMV)

ps: hope that light at the end of your tunnel is an LED bulb, so you do not discharge your batteries too fast!

note there's a few different versions of the trojan T105.
The best (in specs at least!) is the T105RE (for renewable energy) that's what I've got. Welcome to ask me in 8yrs how they're doing...
