Including the router mentioned else where. Angle grinder. Multitool. Various hand tools.

Sack truck might adapt for an outboard.

But beware the Powerefix router cutter set are 1/4". The Parkside Router takes 6 and 8 mm

I bought some shelving units from them recently which look similar to the ones on offer now - absolutely brilliant, they've transformed my garage/workshop. Mine have chipboard shelves. I can't see from the illustration if these have also.

Look metallic to me, like Dexion.

Almost certainly pressed steel shelves... Presumably galvanised as that is how they describe the thing . Hot dipped I doubt though!

I've had something similar for donkey's years. Useful to put some backs and sides in to prevent stuff falling off the shelves

After seeing the enlarged view, the shelves are deffo metal. Pity cos mine are really good. I've used 2 units to make a really useful work surface with storage under.

Have just bought a similar touch operated battery powered LED light for a shelf in our kitchen - they are great. It is worth checking the colour temp of the bulbs - we got 'warm white' and they are much nicer than cool white.

If the Lidl ones turn out to be cool white they would be good for your workshop but maybe not in the house. For reference we got ours (c. £5) from Lamps4Fun.
