Urgently require good marine electrician

Morning folks, got a friend who has suffered an electrical problem on his live aboard. Not sure of source of the problem, but every time the boat shore power breaker is turned on, the shore based breaker trips. We have checked the shore power lead and supply, so we know the problem is on the boat. Anybody have a recommendation for a good electrickery chap in the mid / upper Thames area? Not looking for advice (thank you anyway!) as both he and I have to work and haven't got the time to fiddle - just a recommended chap who can do it. Cheers!

Another vote for Dave Letham, only problem is he is so good that you can never get him as he is eternally booked out.
