Just sat in Cowes after a wonderful crossing and considering a night in Ocean Village tonight. Wife has muttered the words curry......

Can anyone recommend a great curry house to get a take away from later

Paul, I personally wasn't impressed with Kutis but then, I am comparing it with the curry houses we get around here which are top notch. Manzils 2 miles from OV gets a mention in the Guardian's top 10 national curry houses so that may be worth a go, not tried it myself (yet) http://www.theguardian.com/travel/2007/sep/07/top10.restaurants

That explains why it was sub standard when I went there.. great environment but as mentioned, I felt the food was below par

Gave up on Kutis a long while ago... Too big ! To add I only know all this as the man the programmes our tills does all the restaurants around town and knows everything ! But coriander lounge has been cracking every time I have been.

Truth be told the wife has just cooked on board and we are now stuffed to the eye balls.

I've promised her a curry at our usual tomorrow.
