Upriver trip next two days - realistic?

Would ideally like to move upriver from Shepperton marina to Marlow on Wednesday/Thursday of this week. Is this a realistic proposition considering the ice situation in lock cuts and marinas? Hoping the thaw of today might help...

A,the locks you need to go through are actually open................
B,you have a really really good heater...............

Friend of mine whose boat is in Shepperton came to see me today , says his boat is still locked in ice , about an inch or so thick.
