I need to get upholstery redone in my 26ft boat, both cushions and covers. Anyone had any success on the East Coast? Quality is more important than price, though I'm not a millionaire (as you can guess from the 26ft boat) and want to spend wisely.

Comfort Afloat in Gosport.

Small family run operation, will send you samples and do a cracking job. They have templates for many models already.

Our Trapper 500 was in need of replacement foam and covers and they were brilliant. Best nights sleep in ages!

Ask for Julie.

Jeckells at Oulton Broad did a super job on my last boat.
Were certainly not the cheapest quote but I would not hesitate to use again.
There was no quibble when one of the 11 cushions made did not fit properly. They came out, re-measured and had new cushion back to me within the week.

1 or 2 of the cheaper quotes needed me to supply the templates, and I'm glad I didn't go that route, if the new cushions hadn't have fitted, then would have been my additional cost to put right.

SB did mine 20 years ago and we're still using them!
Also there's a bloke in the industrial units next to Gillingham Marina. Very good and reasonable prices but needs a regular anal kicking to get the job finished.
