I asked a few weeks ago for advice on what to do with some yucky headlining; there was no passive ventilation in the forward heads (there is now
) and the headlining had gone horrible - even Cillit Bang wouldn't touch it. The forum recommendation was bathroom emulsion so I got the best there was at B&Q and had a go this afternoon. As you can see the before was 'orrible and the after is wet so a bit shinny, just before I left I checked and it was bone dry and matt but forgot to take another photo. It needs a second coat as some of the black stuff is still showing but the transformation is incredible. We're going to leave it for a month and if all is well do lots more of the headlining. The actual foam backed stuff in the galley is high quality and firmly stuck to the boards but needs painting.
Thanks guys!
