After five months subscribing to YM and PBO print/ipad (nominally a great deal I reckon) each month I'm locked out of downloading the ipad version as my email address isn't recognised. According to customer services it's because my email address hasn't been mapped to the subscription which apparently they finally and definitively fixed three months ago. Sure they did. I gave up calling them and used a different email address but that doesn't work now either. Time for some more telephone Muzak!

Sounds unusual ? Are you running the latest iPad software ? Have you updated all apps ?

Have you deleted the app and started again ?

Page says Print plus digital £30.50 for 1year, Digital only £39.99 for 1 year. Why would anyone take out only digital?

Oh, you guys have it good. Living in Denmark, I have to pay £84.99/year for digital only, and there's no print+digital option. Because obviously, sending all those bytes all the way here is way more expensive.

Any penalties for buying print version for my friend, and keeping the digital access for myself?
 
Hi Richard, thanks for noticing the post. The latest outcome is I was guaranteed both subscriptions would be working by Saturday, both actually not working. Each time I ring I'm told my email address isn't linked to the account and someone very helpful says no problem now I've linked it, give it 24 hours and it'll be working. Which it never does. I've tried changing the email address, I've made sure the name on the paper subscription is exactly the same as my name on the ipad subscription, I've deleted and reinstalled the magazines - which now means I've lost the last five months that I manually downloaded. I've got the latest iOS installed.
