Untreated teak!

We actually scraped all the varnish off our treated woodwork this year. It now matches the larger untreated areas and the whole boat now looks as if it is used rather than an exhibit.
Just wash it twice a year with salt water and give it a gentle scrub, across the grain.
Agree with others that a power wash is a no-no.

Oxalic acid also does the trick without harming the teak. Problem it is difficult to buy except in large quantities. Chemists won't sell it. Starbrite Hull cleaner contains the acid, and one can dilute it down a fair amount.

Having been covered in volcanic ash from Mount Etnas' eruption in September, I noticed that my decks were significantly brighter a few days after I had washed the ash off.

I remember seeing the film Volcano, (Pierce Brosnan), where an aluminium boat was being eaten in the water, and the conclusion was that the ash was acidic.

So some kind of mild acid seems to do the trick.
