We bought a yacht from Amsterdam, the Seller is a private person but the broker was Hiswa Certified. The vessel is in a perfect condition based on the Hiswa Surveyor. Instead, we were provided with fallacious information about the vessel and the documents are unreliable. Now, we need a lawyer to start the legal steps. I am wondering if anyone can recommend a lawyer (specialized in the yacht sales) from Amsterdam or nearby? Also the names that should be avoided are welcome.
