Unknown gearbox

On my now defunct Petter Lister engine the gearbox has the name "Olivie EF-TA" on the top face - googled with no success, has anyone heard of this make?

Recently acquired engine has a Hurth which looks a similar size and shape.

Any comments appreciated

Edit - had another look today and the plate reads Olwie ATF-A
