Unique Contessa event in The Netherlands 2025

In 2025 it will be 20 years since Contessazeilers Benelux was founded, the association of Contessa sailors from the Netherlands and Belgium.

In honour of this, our plan is to organize a major event in the summer of 2025, somewhere in the Netherlands, with at least one example of all standard-produced ships produced by Jeremy Rogers. From the Contessa 25 to the Contessa 43. Since there are none of the Contessa’s 27, 33 and 39 types in the Netherlands or Belgium as far as we know. We invite owners in neighbouring countries to contact us. The planned dates are 29-31 August 2025. The location is not fixed yet. This will be an easy accessible marina on the Dutch coast. Hi,
I'm the owner of a Contessa 43 (Ortac) based in Scotland, see attached photo. We are considering a sailing around the UK next summer, so not totally inconceivable to be stop by the Netherlands. Late August might be a bit late for us, but still interested to hear your place. Also, happy to hear from any of the other Contessa 43 owners.

Hi Peter, you are most welcome! We keep our Contessa 32 in the south of The Netherlands (Oosterschelde) Easy to reach from the North Sea. So even if you are in the area earlier in the season next year it would be very nice to meet you. As far as we know there are only two Contessa 43 in Holland/Belgium i.e. Cearulia & Rushcutter. Bubblegum is also owned by a Dutch couple, but is in Spain since a few years. (And for sale now)
