Just watched a yacht lock out into the Bristol Channel. 4 POB; no life jackets; thick fog; warnings from Bristol VTS not to sail; no anchor ready because their bow roller is crushed from hitting the lock wall a couple of weeks ago; several tugs and 3 commercial vessels just outside.
I wonder if they will return to port?
