I did a search re insurance, found several Forum discussions on the subject but could only get the name of poster and subject, but not the message, am I doing some thing wrong?

best way to do this is by Google search (including "ybw.com" as first part of search string) then even if it wont open , you can always select and view the cached data.

Yes you must be doing something wrong, but the search function is not the world's best
Select the forum you want to search, (or select all) type in the relevant key words, choose your date range (but it will only search back for one year), select a summary if you want a summary, don't touch anything else and hit the submit button.
Click on the subject in the usual way. Works for me Ok.
At busy times you often can't do another search immediately. Searching via Google, eg for insurance + ybw, does get around any restrictions and lets you go back more than 1 year
