Un-seizing tips

If anything is seized up with saltwater, threads, outboards, blocks,etc. I have seen used, and sucessfully used myself, plenty of boiling water when other methods failed (wd40, 3 in 1 oil, lump hammer, etc)

Any comments?

It works on battery terminals too...... Amazing stuff that H20... Underrated in my opinion. Ideal for sailing on too.......

A hammer gun or impact driver for screws is the DBs.

If that fails then heat does the trick usually. Just be real aware with ali otherwise you can be looking at a silver puddle.

An ultrasonic cleaner is very effective for blocks.
It all depends on the exact problem.
Lots of heat will shift most things, but not a good idea if there are plastic bits in there.
In may cases you have to get the water out again before more corrosion happens.
