Ultrasound dieslbug killer

Luckily we have two large tanks, one we have filled from shore side,
then I use a built in transfer pump which I installed to filter at my own leisure to the main tank watching all the **** as it goes..
Bloody stuff. Both tanks are 400ltrs each and run down the centre line of the boat so balance isn't an issue either.

Wish all the bugs would bug off...!!

One advantage of having an electrical fuel pump, which runs at the same speed regardless of revs. is that the fuel is being polished all the time because much of it is returned to the tank from the secondary filter.

If installing a dedicated polisher, tapping the bottom of the tank could be a problem, maybe easier to install a stand pipe in the top (similar to Eberspacher but larger bore) and, a decent flow electrical pump plus a CAV 296 and pipework can be had for under £100 so I wonder where the proposed £450 comes from.
