I bought a new Odin 820 late last year (first boat and love it) and had it come with an epoxy coat and copper coat antifouling. Wasn't too sure what I was ordering but figured I needed it anyway. After 6 weeks in Bradwell Marina some of the coppercoat has already come off either side of the bow and I have been told that it is because of the type of water at Bradwell. The stuff used is from Germany called Yacht Farben Y81. Has any body heard of it and how should I repair or overcoat this?

Something about rollocks and water??

Get the company who sold it to repair as I have used Copperbot on a boat 9 years ago and if the hull is prepared correctly you'll need an axe to get it off.

So long as you have not hit the hull and caused it to chip because it is and epoxy itself it is prone to hard nocks and movement.
