It might be worth running some kit for a few hours to drag a lot of amps out of the batteries then connect the solar and see how much the batteries absorb.
I've fitted some Victron kit this summer, shore charger, shunt and battery temp sensor. Reading the detailed reports is very informative, love the way I can get the data into a spreadsheet.
