Nicely done Nathan, what's the recipe for "Frying pan bread"? I could definitly use that! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

It's complicated, so may take a bit of practice /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Half a cup of flour, and teaspoon of baking powder. Then quater to half a cup of water. I'd add a few pinches of salt too I think. Mix it all up until it looks like bread dough. I must admit that I adding more flour to thicken it up from the gloop you see in the vid. It had the texture of proper bread dough by the time I'd got it right. I guess you could add raisins too it as well.

Oh, one important thing. Once you've mixed it up leave it to sit for 10 minutes to let the baking powder do it's thing.

It certainly a nice little project whilst sat at anchor anyway. I'll be icing cakes and all sorts by the time I get to Scotland /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Enjoying the videos.

Hope the main is flatter now when reefed. If you need more downward pull on the clew end than you get from leading the reefing line to the aft end of the boom you may be able to tie the reef line to the boom aft of the block, pass the line through the sail then back down through the pulley before going to end of boom - suck it and see!

Have a good trip north.

Watching your videos stopped me from writing my school reports! Guess I'll have to do them in the morning.
It's a great project and it's good to be able to keep up with your progress.
I spilt CupaSoup once.......

Well done, take care, and being careful is not bottlin' out.
