With a result like that, did it not occur to you that the other clubs conspired to let Bray win........and organise next years bash of course. And letting you grab a couple of raffle prizes was the master stroke to really throw you off the scent

Just to put the record straight, a Bray team won and another came second, the jpint third place teams were both from Windsor.

Glad you enjoyed it, since you are arranging the questions next year can we expect them to be more gentle then?

and Byron's right, you can't win raffle prizes if Eileen's there.

I have it on good authority from the team captain ( 'Im who got the pot) that next years questions will be absolute stinkers.

I suspect "Sport" will involve Rowing & Sculling, and general knowledge will require participants to know what action to take on encountering a Robo!

(Tie up the boat & go home I suspect!).

And music! Most of what he listens to sounds more like a Perkins at full chat than music /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Remember, the team name said it all:

We slow down for ROBOs

Oh boy are you in trouble now!

According to Alex, Playstation is for girls. He is a devout XBox 360 fan!

I am sure he can dream up some knotty boating questions, like:

Do you have to be in receipt of a pension before buying a Broom?

How do I avoid getting my Broom stuck in the mud?

and so on! /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

My parents pointed out that our table probably had the lowest average age...and Mum & Dad are 77 this year!

(Dad quite fancies a Broom for some reason!).

And dont forget..

Just how fast DO I need to go to sink a robo??

How you can say you had the youngest average age!!
Over our side we had ten kids seated around a table all on PSPs, none of them said a word all night!

Still at least I have never put my Broom here.....
Broom stuck on the mud!

(Sorry Weybridge Mariners, couldnt resist it!)
