Turning into quite a nice summer after all.

I know that quite a few on here are keeping their boats in the water still. And its a very fine line between happy sailor and smug git, but after last weekends T shirt sailing, did anyone else manage to get out again today?

Apparently there are still mackerel about. Maybe they know a thing or too, er, too. :):)

I said to someone today, its only 4 weeks before the days start to get longer again!:) So unless we have a totally catastrophic December, the milder weather has made at least the autumn a bit more bearable.

There is still some nice weather in the Med.
Its a shame so many boats lay up for winter.
This is todays anchorage. :)

The Med in winter uncrowded and at its most sailable best?

The UKs last 2 summers certainly seem to have (perhaps unfairly) been at their fickle best midweek, and strongly biased to spring/autumn periods of high pressure.

Theres an article for YM- Changing weather patterns and changing work patterns to make the most of wot we got?

Galadriel- I do indeed look forward to the shortest day as much as Christmas, (perhaps even more so if we get sun too!)
