It has been indicated that one of Oldgits many marine related photographic masterpieces may well be gracing a certain high quality motorboating magazine in the near future.
Due to the prolific nature of the artiste concerned he cannot remember which one.
Oldgit would like to point out that the vast royalities no doubt on there way via Securicor at this very minute will not change his lifestyle .

Turner, Monet and Renoir were artists, not photographers. Perhaps a more fitting title for this thread would have been Adams, Karsh, Capa....Oldgit? or, if you'd wanted to impress, perhaps Dorothea Lange or Cartier-Bresson could have been mentioned?

Of course, it may be that you have, indeed, taken up the camel hair brush ?

Either way, I await the impending publication of your artistic endeavours with interest and anticipation

I feel a masterclass in my technique may be demanded and a few signed copies perhaps,limited edition sort of thing.

While youre in WHSmith pick up a copy of practical woodworking . They are doing a re-run of my " paid for article " on how to make a set of french doors .
