Turkish Transit Log and ownership

I am in a 4 person yacht syndicate in Turkey. When obtaining a Turkish Transit Log the UK SSR part iii registration document showing 4 owners has in the past been accepted by the Turkish officials as proof of ownership. We now have a non UK National as owner #4 who we can't add to the SSR part iii.

Is this going to cause an issue if we use alternative proof of ownership. What is the best proof of ownership that we can show the officials that is acceptable.

Does anyone else in a syndicate in Turkey have experience / advice on this topic ?
