I don't know about anyone else, but I want one of those boats. Not enough headroom? As long as theres enough depth, it doesn't matter! A new line in semi-submersibles.

There was a video version of this or something very similar doing the rounds a few years back - most impressive!

What I want to know is where the barges he's supposed to have jettisoned ended up??

Didn't they go through the bridge, and you see them being re-acquired after the tug does its trick through the bridge?

At least, that was my reading of it.

Seems from the commentary that disconnecting the barges before going through the bridge with a flood running was normal procedure anyway. I don't think I'd want to meet an uncontrolled coal barge coming my way on my travels.
