does any one know how or where to update tsunamis 99 particularly tdes and currents. so impressed with programme happy to update (buy) new version if available, just dont know where to go.

The company that made Tsunami is Transas. Tsunami is no longer supported,

Why not use MacMillans ? That is what I do to supplement my Tsunamis '99 program. The Tidal Flow diagrams are easy to follow and don't change from year to year, so all you need is the tide times at Dover, pencil it in and away you go. I agree with you though that it would be good to have the tidal arrows shown on-screen by the program ... But ! Good Luck ! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

This is NOT correct. They just dropped the Tsunami name (for apparent reason) and are marketing the same animal under Navigator now.

take care folks , there's a guy on ebay selling Tsunamis at about 7£. It's an illegal version from about 5 years ago, and requires a set of cloned codes to be input.

Transas in Germany (Thorsten Witt 00494 089 06660) knows about this and there's someone in the UK who has connections with FAST whose looking into the seller. The charts are at least 5 yrs out of date (no-one's moved the USA more than 15cm from Europe in that time), but I bet there are lights and some minor details like shipping channels have changed.

Their own website says it's old and archived and not supported, and I suggested in the same post to contact them for update details. So please don't YELL at me for incorrect info. I gave all the links such as
