Hi,

I recall seeing a TSS off the Cherbourg peninsula (in addition to the area "Off Casquettes") roughly centred on the Channel mark EC2 (50 12N, 001 12W)

However my shiny new Imray digital charts of the area do not show this TSS.

Nor does the MCA here.

So was I mistaken in my recall or has the zone been removed recently? (Again, I recall reading about a lot of changes to the TSS's off Holland recently, is this part of it?)

Cheers,

As far as I can see there isn't another TSS around Chebourg - just "Off Casquets". Any differing views?

Apologies, I have now been upstairs to recheck the paper charts that I thought had the "missing" TSS on them....

It shows arrows for traffic but not a formal TSS, together with a note to say traffic should cross at as near to 90deg as possible etc.

So effectively a TSS without the pink ink and regulation then?

(the Digital charts don't however show these arrows).
