Could be something ZF Mathers, MicroCommander Single Engine Control, Black w/ Chrome Lever, but need more detail.

That's a Teleflex electronic engine control, from the olden days (my guess would be late 90s). I have the box that goes at the other end, with the electronics and throttle/gear actuators, but no controls. I would love to know more about this system - in particular the pinout of the controls!
