Doesn't look like my first post worked so am trying again. I am new to boating and would really appreciate some guidance. I am looking to buy a Sea Ray 215. Good idea/bad idea as a first timer?? Also not sure what the difference is between the weekender and E/C, am guessing possibly a foot? It will be used for weekend pleasure use: water skiing, bit of fishing, general relaxation etc. Am looking to moore it down at Mudeford. Am I right in thinking to steer clear of trot moorings? (I kinda know what they are but only what I've read up on). As I say, I'm a complete novice so all and any advice/pointers would be gratefully received.
