Trouble dealing with Cactus

Has anyone else had trouble dealing with Cactus 020 Ltd? I ordered something marine electronics from them and paid over £400 nearly 2 weeks ago but their order just says "being processed" and I have tried to phone them a number of times today but they do not answer the phone or return phone messages. have they gone out of business?

They don't carry stock I believe (internet company), they order it up after you order it, and wait till they get a few before doing that I'm told.

You can actually go to the HQ in Plymouth to collect your stuff, as I did the other day. Seem to be part of SM group who are based in Plymouth International. Have you tried the Plymouth number? 01752 548845

I tried placing an order but the web site fell over.
I thought about ordering over the phone but then I read the t&c's.
A charge of £3.99 is added to all telephone/creditcard orders.
All customers ordering by telephone and paying by credit card will be charged a handling charge of £3.99 regardless of the mode of ordering or the value of their order.
