Trolley Wheel

I'm hoping very much that someone knows a yard in Essex where I can buy two rims similar to this Wheel, the rim pictured here is a 600 x 9 (6"x9") split rim.

The wheel centre has no bearings but rotates on a greased solid shaft (1 & qtr inches) I would be very gratefull to any info.
