Trip To Medway

Tides and weather permitting I'm planning an overnight trip next Sat/Sun from Teddington to the Medway area. Has anyone got any recommendations of places to see and where to moor up? Boat crew is two guys (its a SWMBO-free trip!) and we enjoy a good pub.

Hmm,Best bet for a couple of young ravers on the razzle would be be to book in at the MDL marina located in Chatham Dockyard.A very short taxi/bus ride to most places of interest with the old historic dockyard on your doorstep.

Or you could try Rochester Cruising Club.

Chatham Maritime Marina gets my vote

I second the recommendation of Chatham Maritime Marina. We spent a few days their recently and found the staff really friendly, the access via the lock convenient, fuel available, 24 hour access, the facilities excellent and a good base for exploring the area.
