Trim tabs

I HATE DOING THE ANTIFOUL!:disgust:
Now thats off my chest can anyone suggest the best protection for the trim tabs?
Can I use the same Seajet 011 primer then the 033 antifoul I used on the hull?
As for the leg I was going to do the same as last year and just clean and then spray paint with Mercruiser black gloss.

That's exactly what I said to my wife when I got back from antifouling the legs last night...

I use the Trilux 33 for the legs and trim tabs, the brush on variety.
Seems a huge improvement over the spray on version I used before.

Mind you I did get a can of spray for those areas I can't reach with the brush.

You just have to ensure that the anfifouling in question is OK for the material you apply it to.

GRP, wood, ferro, alu, alloy, steel does not take the same AF compositions - manufacturers state which.

Last year I just sprayed Lanolin over the leg, trim tabs and props. Worked great, Boat was in the water for 6 months (sat on soft mud at low tide) ..
