Trim tabs for Princess V40 / V39 /V42

Hi!

For the first generations of V39/V40/v42 - do you think that an upgrade to ZipWake should be worth the money?
Ca 3000 GBP / 4000 EUR.

Or is it good enough to replace them with a new set of flaps?

Do you think it will affect the value on the used boat market ?

Current ones needs replacing...

Which one do you have? the V42 has a longer hull so reacts differently in fact it doesn't really need them. I'd just repair the old tabs as I don't think Zipwakes have a very good reputation for reliability.

I have seen average weather boats become good with these blade style tabs, and the auto-trim system.

I actually heard that Zip-wakes are more reliable then the Volvo-owned Humphree Interceptor.
