Travel insurance - not yacht insurance?

Hi All,
Can anyone recommend travel insurance for long distance sailing / cruising? I have got the boat insurance sorted but is it wise to have a seperate travel insurance policy as well, and if so can anyone recommend a company?

Beware if you are racing in any way as "timed events" are usuually excluded on most policies

We've insured through GH Insurance and taken a Yachtmasters Gold policy for our year out. Worldwide cover - even covers us in the US /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif. Go to http://www.ghinsurance.com/yacht_travel.php

Premium for a family of 4 for a year is about the same as it would have cost me for **2 months** if I'd stayed with my old US employers scheme... includes fly you home cover if needed and also covers skippers costs to get your boat back.

There are options available to include offshore sailing.
