Transport to Greece

Am I missing something or is it possible and feasible to take my 42 foot Sea Ray from the Dutch Coast through the major rivers of Europe, (Rhine, Main and Danude) through to the Black sea and on to Greece?

Any advice or experiences of this would be very much appreciated, I would be looking to begin next April.

I believe that Bill & Laurel Cooper made this passage quite a few years ago and might even have written a book about their experiences; I would percieve that the current political situation should make it easier to do now than it was 10 or 15 years ago.

There was an article in last month's MBM about some people who took an inflatable boat down the Rhine-Main-Danube-Black Sea route. Might be worth reading

At the right time of year, yes it is possible. But there are some big ships that use that route....maybe a slight concern. I know people who have done it in a sailboat so YES, go for it!
