transom mounted gas bottle

I want to mount a propane bottle on the transom or the oushpit for salfety reasons. I know there are fitting kits available, but I have scanned several chandlery books are can't find any. Anyone got experience of this system and who sells the best fitting kits?

One of the Twisters used to have gas bottles mounted on deck aft. I might have a sketch or photo somewhere. Do you want me to have a look for it? I don't think it had any special fitting kit. It wasn't very pretty but you could put it in a nice teak deck box as was done by the Pardeys on their boat. [Serrafin?]

I have a fitting that i bought for the purpose. I will pass it to you when I come for the trailer. Intend to come up on 4th April. Can you ring me or reply here with the number of studs on the wheels so that I can bring a spare .
