Transat the wrong way?

Doing the transat, i'm still 2700 nm away from plymouth but it's saying that i'm 60th alongside boats that have done a lot more miles.

Becauseiti is timed, does that mean i'm further ahead on elapsed time than they were in my position?

Yes I think it's because it's timed and you can start when you want. the boats next to you started at dfferent times. When you finish you'll know how you did.

I can't quite work it out myself but in the ybw fleet (enter ybw in the search box on the boat tab) you are ranked ahead of Victorious but have a greater distance to go so presumably it is the speed made good to the finish.

I think I am going to collide with my other boat sailing the opposite way!
