HI all,


I need to find a way to get my VHF and first aid courses finished ASAP.

I have called most of the schools and they haven't got anything in the next 3 weeks.

Does anybody know who might be able to help. I am avaliable at any time over the next two weeks.

If you're based in or around London I can recommend Capital Sailing - I have found them excellent in the past. They run a lot of course dates, so often have last minute availability. If you can get to Southampton tomorrow morning, Solitaire I seem to recall was posting that he had slots available for a VHF course due to cancellations, with reduced rates because of short notice

Did you get the PM (private message) from Solitaire about the course I mentioned which was being run today. Worth talking to him, as he's probably running more inthe next 2 weeks

Have a look at: the Royal Southampton Yacht Club web-site and click on the training section. You don't have to be a member and the standard is very good. If you telephone, they may even give you the telephone number of the chief instructor, Gordon Agnew.
